In the heart of the Peak District National Park our Boutique Camping or Glamping stays offer a great place to gather for some group glamping.  Our central location in the country means we are a convenient meeting place for groups and offer a location to remember.

Exclusive Use is available over weekends, and also for 2 or 4 night midweek stays and is based on hiring the whole site on an exclusive use basis. This means you can book caterers, activities on the grounds and create a completely bespoke stay. Scaldersitch Farm offers a peaceful location, immersed in nature and surrounded by wildlife- we welcome considerate groups who want alfresco dining, campfire songs and quality time with friends and family

When we say luxury camping - we mean it! All accommodation has a log burning stove, proper beds and luxury mattresses, a private wood fired hot tub which is maintained throughout your stay, underfloor heated luxury washrooms and of course all the little details guests have come to expect from us. Freshly picked homegrown flowers, locally sourced welcome breakfast hampers, fluffy white towels and robes and artisan toiletries.

The stunning stone barn offers a central social space with large dining table and comfy seating area for guests to relax and unwind. It also acts as a great space for hosting activities from cocktail making to craft workshops such as flower crown making, painting parties and chocolate making. Fully underfloor heated, it is a space to enjoy whatever the Peak District weather is doing outside.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything guests should need from champagne flutes to serving bowls. The crockery is of course made locally in Staffordshire, the Dudson Harvest range. Larder fridge, dishwasher, microwave and recycling facilities are also provided.

The beautiful boutique styled tipi and yurt accommodation, each with a wood burning stove will ensure people are warm and cosy whilst enjoying the great outdoors. After all, it’s not 'glamping' without a log burner! All of our accommodation also has it’s own wood fired hot tub just outside. Our attention to detail is what gained our sister site Secret Cloud House Holidays multiple awards and we have continued to put the same love and thought into every aspect of a stay here at Scaldersitch Farm - gaining Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence for every year since opening and also being awarded Silver in the Visit Peak District and Derbyshire Awards in Camping, Glamping and Holiday Park of the Year 2022

With some of the Peak Districts most beautiful walks from the door and 3 local pubs within 20 minutes on foot, we are perfectly placed for a country stay with colleagues, friends and family. Hartington village also has a farm shop, pubs, village shops, garage and tea room so although rural- we are certainly not isolated and it means a car is not essential during your stay. This also means we have a wealth of outdoor activities available on site or a short distance away -including watersports, caving and abseiling.
