Set just 1 mile from beautiful Hartington Village, the location offers footpaths from the farm gate into some of the most beautiful parts of the Peak District. There is also a good choice of pubs, village shops and a farm shop within a 20 minute walk of Scaldersitch Farm. So you can leave the car here and explore on foot if you wish
Our accommodation has been designed to work in harmony with the landscape, offering a choice of yurts and tipi accommodation all with wood burning stoves to keep you cosy whatever the weather and a private wood fired hot tub just outside. Think of a warm, stylish and cosy bedroom where you can awake to the sound of birdsong and fall asleep to the hoot of an owl under the stars. Each yurt/tipi has it’s own beautifully appointed washroom in the main barn, just a short wander from the accommodation.

Our Cuckoo Yurt offers larger family accommodation sleeping up to 5 guests. Inside the wooden frame and clear skylight create a unique and relaxing space, and the wood burning stove oven keeps you warm and toasty but also allows cooking pizzas, jacket potatoes or maybe your morning sausages.
