Please note some changes to our business for 2025 season

*Weekends are reserved for Exclusive Hire due to the increasing demand for whole site bookings. If not filled, these weekends will be released 8 weeks ahead of the check in date for individual bookings (the available exclusive use weekends will show as a phone symbol)

*School holidays are 4 night midweek breaks

*Out of season midweek stays will be available for 2 or 4 nights midweek

Scaldersitch Farm Booking Requirements

Check in Days: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays
Prices are based on 2 adults sharing. Please add extra children (£10 per night) or extra adults at checkout (£20 per night) If an infant requires a single bed, add a child to your booking. No bed is provided if the booking just states infant
Due to the bespoke nature of exclusive hire, please contact us to book the whole site. It cannot be booked online
We are unable to welcome pets at Scaldersitch Farm due to the farm location
All bookings are subject to a pre-authorised Security Bond
Scaldersitch Farm is a quiet site where guests enjoy being immersed in the sounds of nature, please be mindful of this when booking. We simply want everyone to have a great stay

Placing a Booking

Click on a green available check in date to display price and availability. Red dates are fully booked
The ‘Call Now’ symbol shows the date is available for Exclusive Hire- please contact us
A 30% non-refundable deposit will be taken to confirm the reservation or the full amount if booking within 8 weeks of the stay. The balance payment is due 8 weeks ahead of your stay and a reminder will be sent from our booking system
By confirming a reservation with us you accept you have read and understood our booking terms and conditions
An auto-confirmation will be sent immediately from the booking software. If you do not recieve this, please check your spam folder then contact us as there may be an error with your email address
